At Miller Harris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return your unopened and unused items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the product is in its original, cellophane-wrapped packaging and place it securely in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
